Cycle Works was established in 1997 and has built a strong following for repairing & servicing all makes of bikes, bike fitting/setups, quality new bicycles and spares part supplies.
We have a loyal work team that listens to your needs and recommends the appropriate bike, service or spare parts you may require. The person that sells you your bike will be able to service it when it come in for its free 6 week & 6 month service and you can discus any issues with them. Also when you purchase a bike you become a “A” customer which entitles you to an ongoing 10% DISCOUNT on parts & accessories, for life! Not just when you purchase a bike…excludes some kids bikes.
Starting out as a qualified fitter and machinist, Vlad has spent the last 7 years in IT as a data recovery technician, owning his own business. He has two beautiful sons who love the fact that Dad “owns a bike shop”. You’ll also come across Pauline (his wife) at the shop, where she assists in the areas of bookkeeping & admin.
Having bought the business from the previous owner (Doug) in September 2007, Vlad’s focus is on maintaining and improving the levels of customer service and knowledge that our customers have come to expect from Cycle Works – to this end the Cycle Works team and all staff take advantage of on-going training provided by wholesalers and industry publications etc.
